ORNIBUR Intermediate Plus

Title: ORNIBUR Intermediate Plus ​Description: Live lyophilised vaccine against infectious bursal disease. A vaccine that have the capacity to break through maternal antibodies that enable vaccination of chickens at an early age. ​Composition: One dose of the vaccine contains an attenuated Intermediate Plus strain of the virus IBD at a concentration of 10^{4.0} - 10^{5.2}\text{ TCID}_{50}. ​Dosage, method of administration: ​Individual application: The vaccine is diluted in sterile saline solution or in water for injection. One drop of the diluted vaccine is administered to one eye/nostril of each bird. ​Mass application: The vaccine is administrated in diluted form in such an amount of drinking water that birds can drink within two hours. Ornibur Intermediate Plus can be applied as early as 7 to 10 days age but revaccination is recommended in one week time. Monitoring of maternal antibodies in day-old chickens provides good information to commence primary vaccination. ​Shelf life: 24 months, shelf life after dilution: 2 hours. ​Package: 500 doses, 2000 doses, 5000 doses, 10 \times 500 doses, 10 \times 2000 doses, 10 \times 5000 doses
